If you are not fully satisfied with your KicKee Pants purchase, we do accept returns!
- Please notify us of any order problems within 60 days of purchase.
- Return labels will only be sent out if the item you received is incorrect or defective upon arrival.
- When your return is processed within 60 days of order date, we will issue you a store credit (amount of purchase value + 6%!). If within this time period, you may opt for a refund instead (amount of purchase value only). Please email us if you prefer the refund.
- After 60 days from your original purchase, or for items purchased from another retailer, we will provide store credit for the item's lowest sold value.
- *For always available products (such as adult bedding and non-seasonal items), we will provide store credit for 75% of the original purchase value. After 120 days from original purchase, we will provide store credit for 50% of the original purchase value.
- There is a maximum of $300 credit per household per year.
- If you are returning a set, please return all pieces of the set for your return to be processed.
- Please do not send unauthorized items. Extra items received will be donated, disposed of, or shipped back to you at your expense (after a message alerting you of extra items received, you will have 3 days to reply with your preference, after which time items will automatically be donated or disposed of). Each RMA must be returned separately and may not be combined under a single shipping label.
- KicKee does not provide or refund return shipping on international orders.
Store Credit is applied to your account and is non-transferable.
We are unable to accept returns of the following:
- Custom items, or products that were sold exclusive to retailers
- Items that have been personalized
- Samples
- Items purchased during a Final Sale promotion (as noted on the product page, on the ad or email, on the website and/or on the packing slip in the shipment)
If you are sending back a gift purchased on our website, please clearly mark GIFT RETURN, PLEASE CREDIT (Your full name and email address associated with your account on kickeepants.com) on a piece of paper that is sent back with your returns. This will ensure that your credit will go to you and not back onto the gift giver's account.

Once you have received approval by email to return the item, please ship it to the address provided in your return instructions.
You are responsible for the shipping costs on your return. We recommend you use tracking or delivery confirmation on your return just to be safe. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive the credit or refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for KicKee Pants to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Gift orders can be returned by the recipient for credit only. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders on kickeepants.com.
