✅ What Can Be Returned?
We gladly accept returns on items that are:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags still attached
- In the same condition as received
🛏️ What About Sheets and Duvets?
We know sheets are special and want you to put them to the test! We hope you’ll fall in love like we have, but for Woven Sheet Sets, Woven Duvet Covers and Woven Pillowcases we do accept returns for credit or refund within 90 days of purchase even if items are washed and slept in.
🚫 What’s Final Sale?
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Underwear and socks
- Swimwear
- Gift cards
- Pet accessories
- Masks, face coverings, bibs and burp cloths
- Personalized Items
- Sample Sale and Mystery Box purchases
- Items discounted more than 25%
- All international orders
💡Even if these items aren’t labeled “Final Sale” online, they are still considered final once purchased.
💳 Refund Options & Return Fees
- Returns come with a $7.50 processing fee
- We’ll waive the fee if you choose store credit instead of a refund
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are easy with our returns process! When you return a product through our online portal, you will be prompted to select exchange, credit or refund - simply select exchange and shop for what you want!
📬 Return Labels
When you select Checkout+ during checkout, you'll receive access to a pre-paid return label, making it easy to return eligible item(s) for FREE within our return policy guidelines. If you don't choose Checkout+, you are responsible for all return fees.

Please do not include unauthorized items in your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any extra items that are not listed in your return request. If we receive unlisted items, we’ll reach out to you by email to ask whether you'd prefer to have them returned to you or donated. If we don’t hear back within three days, we will donate or discard the items based on their condition.
- Returning a set? Be sure to send all pieces, or we won’t be able to process it.
- We’re not able to assume responsibility for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
⏳ How Long Does It Take?
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse for us to process it.

We’re happy to assist with gift returns. Just send us the following info to hello@kickeepants.com.
- Purchaser’s name or Order Number
- A photo of the item
- The item’s size (found on the label inside)
💌 How Does Store Credit Work?
- Issued as a Credit Certificate
- Never expires
- Non-transferable and has no cash value
- Enter code at checkout to redeem

🏬 Bought from a Local Boutique?
If you've purchased your KicKee item from a third-party retailer, please return items directly to them, following their return policy.
📦 What If My Package Was Lost?
- Purchased Package Protection? You’re covered! We'll follow our Package Protection Policy.
- No protection? Once a package leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Unfortunately, stolen, lost or damaged packages aren't covered without protection.
⏱️ What If My Package Is Delayed?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, but delays up to 10 weeks may occur during peak periods (like Black Friday).
